Ms. Ho has over ten years of experience in corporate strategy, M&A and operational transformations. Prior to joining Innovatus Capital Partners, LLC in June of 2016, Ms. Ho was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, where she focused on consumer banking strategy as well as M&A due diligence and advisory for private equity firms and corporations. From 2006 to 2009, Ms. Ho was an Associate at Promontory Financial Group Australasia, LLP, a strategy, risk management, and regulatory compliance consulting firm primarily focused on the financial services industry. At Promontory, Ms. Ho focused on operational risk, internal controls, anti-money laundering policies and corporate governance. Ms. Ho started her career in 2003 with the Ministry of Trade and Industry, Singapore as a Deputy Press Secretary to the Trade Minister and later a Deputy Director of Trade/International Business where she acted as Singapore’s chief negotiator for the ASEAN-Korea Free Trade Agreement.
Ms. Ho received a B.A. from Princeton University and a MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
