Joshua Little
Mr. Little has over ten years of experience across legal, strategic and business affairs relating to asset management. Prior to joining Innovatus Capital Partners, LLC in August 2017, Mr. Little held several positions including Senior Managing Director of Business & Legal Affairs at Third Avenue Management LLC, a registered investment adviser, and Member of the Board of Directors of Third Avenue Capital plc. From 2008-2013, Mr. Little was a Corporate Associate at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP in the general corporate practice concentrating in private equity transactions, litigation finance, insurance, domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, entrepreneurial ventures and corporate governance.
Mr. Little received a B.S. in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University, a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law and a MBA from The Fordham Graduate School of Business Administration. He is licensed to practice law in both New York and Connecticut.
