Marc Sansevere
Mr. Sansevere has more than 14 years of experience in the accounting industry, with a specialization in commercial real estate. Prior to joining Innovatus Capital Partners in January 2024, Mr. Sansevere served for two years as Vice President of Accounting at Santerre Health Investors, where he oversaw the accounting and financial reporting for more than 300 healthcare assets across the United States and the United Kingdom. The portfolio represented over $3 billion in assets under management and generated more than $400 million in annualized revenue.
From 2018 to 2022, Mr. Sansevere held several roles, including Assistant Controller, at DigitalBridge Group Inc. (formerly Colony Capital), where he oversaw the same healthcare portfolio prior to its sale to Santerre. He began his career at KPMG LLP, spending seven years auditing both public and private real estate companies.
Mr. Sansevere is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Saint Joseph’s University in 2011.
