Peter Wassman
Mr. Wassmann has over 5 years of experience in commercial real estate equity and debt transactions across industrial, multifamily, student housing, built-to-rent, office, retail, self-storage, and hospitality asset classes in U.S and Canadian markets. At Innovatus Capital Partners, LLC, Mr. Wassmann supports all aspects of the real estate investment strategy including asset and portfolio management.
Prior to joining Innovatus Capital Partners, LLC in April of 2024, Mr. Wassmann was an associate at Blue Vista Capital Management (2019-2024), a middle-market real estate private equity investment management firm. At Blue Vista, Mr. Wassmann supported all aspects of the acquisitions and development process across a variety of strategies including value-add, core, core+ and opportunistic investments, assisting in the closing of over 15 transactions representing approximately $415M of investor equity.
Mr. Wassmann graduated from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia in 2019 with a B.S. in Commerce with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate and a minor in History.
